CremerSAP - Bases for better Soaps and Syndets
The CremerSAP range includes a wide selection of raw materials for soaps and syndet bars. We supply our soap base in the form of easy-to-process pellets ("soap noodles") and the syndet base in the form of flakes ("syndet flakes"). Together with any additives for even more care, foam, fragrance or color, they serve as the basis for your individual care products.
Syndets or soaps - what are the differences?
CremerSAP SynBase Flakes are ideal for the manufacture of solid cleansing, shower and hair care products. Syndet bars get by with little water and are only foamed during use. This makes them particularly economical and means they usually require less packaging than liquid care products. Depending on the requirements of the finished product, they can be supplemented with a variety of active ingredients or additives, for example to add extra care, foam, fragrance or colour.
The CremerSAP soap base consists mainly of vegetable oils and is obtained by the traditional batch process or by continuous saponification.
Our portfolio offers numerous palm-free and RSPO-certified alternatives, as well as different qualities based on KBA Oils.
CremerSAP Syndet Portfolio
Solid cosmetic products and product concepts with reduced water content are among the key trends in natural cosmetics. CREMER OLEO soap-free SynBase Flakes are a suitable base for solid face, body and hair care products. They were developed for smooth and efficient processing on commonly used extrusion equipment.

Syndet-Base for solid Conditioners
The newest addition to our syndet range is syndet flakes, which can be used as a base for solid hair conditioners. Their moisturizing, nourishing formulation is characterized by particularly nourishing and antioxidant properties. Depending on requirements, syndet flakes can be supplemented with any number of active ingredients, e.g. for even more care, foam or fragrance in the finished product.
CREMER Syndet Flakes are vegan, cruelty-free, resistant to cracking, free of sulfate, phenoxyethanol and silicone. The pH value ranges from 4.5 to 6.5 and can be adjusted to customer requirements.
